Founder & Senior Trial Consultant
Christopher Faulk is the founder and a Senior Trial Consultant at CVFAULK, Inc.
Since 2004, he has worked on high profile trials such as Intellectual Property, Corporate, Oil & Gas, Torts, Catastrophic Injury, collectively worth well over a billion dollars.
He is integral in all case preparation, warehouse and venue logistics, Research & Development, and training for both CVFAULK’s staff and its clients.
He continues to help CVFAULK clients with tailor-made trial presentation strategies, world-wide logistics solutions, concierge services, and more.

Madeline Mabery
Director of Operations/Trial Technician
Madeline Mabery is the Director of Operations and a Trial Technician at CVFAULK, Inc.
Since 2015, she has managed the accounting and Human Resource departments, in addition to trial logistics including venue research, travel planning, and trial team coordination. Madeline has also helped the company open new offices, and regularly assists attorneys throughout the litigation process. She facilitates evidence production from exhibit preparation to editing deposition videos, and provides quality assurance for all active projects.

Trial Technician/Remote Venue Specialist
Anthony joined CVFAULK in 2016 as a trial technician and remote venue specialist. As a member of the CVFAULK team, he has also mastered the art of venue management, trial logistics and client services.

Matthew Deskis
Lead Trial Support Technician
Matthew Deskis is one of our lead trial support technicians.
He has been a fundamental part of the CVFAULK team since joining in 2015 and is dedicated to ensuring our client’s needs are met to their utmost satisfaction.
Matthew attained an Audio Engineering degree from Austin Community College in 2006. He worked for years as a live sound technician, mastering sound and video editing software, in addition to professional audio-visual installations throughout the United States.
Matthew has proven his adaptability and aptitude in high-stress courtroom environments involving numerous multi-million dollar disputes.
He is an attentive, efficient and determined individual who endeavors to provide the highest quality of service in every aspect of his role with CVFAULK.

Joe E. Cerda
Senior Trial Technician
Joe joined the CVFAULK team in 2016 and is a one of our lead trial technicians with over 19 years of experience in multimedia litigation support.
He is a Certified Legal Video Specialist, Certified Visionary Trial Technician, LiveNote Certified Multimedia Expert, has advanced training in Sanction, and is InData/Trial Director certified.
Joe currently presents CLE courses for attorneys across the state of Texas and California, training them on the effective use of trial support, trial support software, conventional vs. paperless trials, etc.
He serves on the NCRA CLVS (Certified Legal Video Specialist) committee where he educates new and veteran videographers from across the nation on standards of legal videography. He has also served on the faculty of CPC, (Courtroom Presentation Conference) where he teaches best practice of electronic evidence preparation and presentation, and the employment of trial presentation software.
Joe continues to work on complex litigation matters, helping attorneys convey their message to Judges and juries across the nation.

Charles A. (Drew) Clark
Trial Technician and Warehouse Manager
Drew Clark is a Trial Technician and Warehouse Manager at CVFAULK, Inc.
He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Criminology and a background of Arts and Technology. He handles the organization, preparation and shipping of trial equipment as well as overseeing the day to day operations within the warehouse.
Additionally, he supervises the management of assets and the organization of CVFAULK’s inventory database, insuring that its trial technicians and clients have all of the right tools and equipment at trial.

Ladonna Singer
Travel Consultant
Ladonna joined CVFAULK in 2011 as its exclusive travel consultant and logistics specialist. She has over 20 years of experience in the corporate and leisure travel sectors, and has worked in the litigation travel arena since 2006.
She has helped CVFAULK and its clients with thousands of reservations for hotels, flights, and car related services throughout the United States.
Ladonna plays an active role in all of CVFAULK’s travel logistics including hotel contracts, hotel and guest relationships, shipping and receiving protocols, war room set-up, car services, flights, and more.
